1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Debt Freedom Calculator (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Educational purpose only

The Service estimates debt-payoff timelines and interest costs based on the information you enter and a set of simplifying assumptions. Results are illustrative projections, not guarantees, recommendations, or offers of any financial product.

3. Assumptions and limitations

Calculations assume, among other things:

• Interest rates (APRs) remain fixed for the life of each debt;
• Payments are made on time and in full each month;
• Interest accrues monthly (credit cards modeled with daily compounding);
• No new debt, fees, penalties, promotional-rate expirations, or rate changes occur.

Your actual results will differ. The Service does not account for your complete financial situation.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that calculations are error-free.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of the Service shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its results.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for verifying any figures and for any decisions you make. Verify balances, rates, and minimum payments with your actual lenders and statements.

7. Changes to the Service and terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
